The Jonathan Project

The Jonathan Project
Third Friday, every other month, 6:00-8:30PM
December 17 (Christmas Party)

The Jonathan Project is a bi-monthly ministry for adults with multiple disabilities. On the third Friday of every other month, a meal is prepared by ministry team members and served to residents from 13 group homes, as well as four individuals with intellectual disabilities, who come with a family member. After dinner, participants join together in various activities such as games and crafts.

This ministry team thrives with servant leaders filling a variety of roles. Each event is unique and entertaining for our guests with themes that include holidays and the Springcreek Church version of Special Olympics and “Everybody’s Birthday Party” celebrated once each year with pizza, cake, gifts, dancing, and lots of fun!

The Jonathan Project would love to invite you to serve this community on event nights from 6:00-8:30pm.  Some volunteer opportunities include giving out name tags, serving food, helping with activities and crafts, and just visiting with the people we serve.

For more information on joining the Jonathan Project, text SERVE to 96995 or email Kim Jannati.
