First Time Guests
Every weekend our staff and volunteers seek to create a safe, secure, engaging, fun, and irresistible environment for your child. The following policies and procedures have been put in place to help ensure your child's safety and care.
Our environments for children are located just off our main lobby and open 15 minutes prior to each service. Our Guest Services Team will be available to assist you in the registration process and answer your questions. You will need to complete a First Time Guest Card. You may download this card and bring it with you in order to save time. Environments open 15 minutes prior to each service.
After your information is entered into our secure database, a security tag will be issued to your child and a matching tag will be given to you. To ensure security, your child will not be released without presentation of your corresponding tags. Please have your sticker visible as you enter our secure areas.
Secure Facility / Emergency Procedures
All entrances and rooms are monitored by our Safety Team. Entrances are closed and secured after services begin and are reopened at the end of each service. In case of an emergency, procedures are in place to keep your child safe. Emergency procedures are posted in each room.
All volunteers go through a detailed screening process and criminal background check.
We operate a well child program. For the protection of all children, we ask that you not bring your child if he/she exhibits any of the following symptoms:
Fever in the last 24 hours
Vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours
Common cold (onset through one week)
Any unexplained rash
Cloudy or green runny nose
Pink eye or other eye infections
Any communicable disease.
Any symptoms of common childhood diseases, such as chicken pox, strep throat, etc.
Thank you for your understanding.
