Baptism Info Classes

Water Baptism is a public profession of your faith in Jesus Christ. We believe it is a celebration before friends and family of the choice you’ve made to surrender your will and life to Jesus Christ.  If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then you are ready to be baptized.  Baptism is simply a means of declaring this choice to the world.

“Those who believe and accepted the message were baptized." - Acts 2.41

All children (Grade 9-12 and Adults) desiring to be baptized are required to be registered for and attend a First Step Class.

Mission Trip: Jackson, Mississippi

Tensions are high in our world today! Problems such as racism, systemic poverty, homelessness, immigration, refugee crisis, working poor, slavery, trafficking and more come up on our news feeds daily.

So how does the church respond?  How do Christians respond? As the church, we believe we can not continue to sit back, fold our hands, and wait. We are called to stand up to the injustices going on in our world.

This Spring Break, our high school students and leaders will have an opportunity to not just talk, but walk it out! We will partner with an organization called Kaleo Missions, which holds urban immersion short team mission trips, to Jackson, Mississippi. We will spend intentional time in learning more about how we can look at issues facing our world and our cities today through the lens of the Gospel.
