Water Baptism is a public profession of your faith in Jesus Christ. We believe it is a celebration before friends and family of the choice you’ve made to surrender your will and life to Jesus Christ. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then you are ready to be baptized. Baptism is simply a means of declaring this choice to the world.
All children (Grade 1-5) desiring to be baptized are required to be registered for and attend a First Step Class.
Families are invited to come together for this free event to enjoy a fun party to celebrate Jesus’ birth while also supporting our local community and global mission partners!
Families Helping Families - Donations Requested: one full bag of Christmas groceries/items per family provided for Good Samaritans of Garland’s food pantry (bag and list available at the Information Center for pick-up) or $20/per family to be donated to our global mission partners in Ecuador.
We will celebrate Jesus’ birthday, decorate cookies, have fun family crafts, games, and a memorable experience. Let’s kick-off the Christmas season together!
*NOTE: Bags and requested items list for Good Samaritans can be picked up at the NextGen Check-In Desk.
Sign up to volunteer at our Family Christmas Kick-Off, Birthday Party for Jesus! This event will be fun for all ages, but will specifically target families.
