TALK TO A LEADER
Will in-person services be different?
While we would love for our in-person gatherings to feel the same, we know that the way we interact with each other will be different. We will offer in-person services at 9AM & 11AM. Our services and guest interactions will be intentionally touch-free (e.g., no hugs or handshakes for now). Please follow the CDC pre-screening requirements (see below).
Will all entrances be open?
We will exclusively use the front entrance of the building (east side). All other entrances will be closed. Doors will open at 9:45AM.
Are masks required?
Masks are required at all times while you are on campus. Masks will be provided if you don’t have one. If you are unable to wear a mask, we invite you to continue watching the services via our online campus. Because of the high risk of our worship team, please note that anyone not wearing a mask will be asked to leave. Children under 10 are encouraged to wear a mask, but not required.
How will the auditorium be set up for services?
We will be practicing social distancing at all times with reduced capacity. Seating will be every other row, with six feet (three chairs) between family groups. Families of the same household may sit together. All paper and pens have been removed from the seatbacks, and we will suspend handing out service guides. Message notes are available online.
What cleaning processes are in place?
Extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures will take place regularly. Hand sanitizer stations will be available at entries and exits as well as throughout the building.
Will Shared Table, the complimentary coffee bar, and Elements bookstore be open?
Shared Table, the complimentary coffee bar, and all water fountains will not be available. We are excited to announce that our Elements Book Store will be moving online in the near future.
Will the offering boxes and kiosks be available?
Giving will continue to be online. The offering boxes will be available in the lobby. We encourage you to text GIVE to 96995 to set-up regular giving. One of our host team members will be available to assist you.
What about programming for kids?
We’re excited to launch our Family Service for parents and kids. Each family will have a designated space in order to maintain social distancing. We will also continue our NextGen programming online (up through Grade 12), along with zoom small groups (Grades K-5) and our weekly preschool praise party.
What about programming for students (Grades 6-12)?
Student small groups launched this year, along with safe in-person services, geared towards helping kids connect deeper in their small groups. Students need to register for small groups by emailing email@example.com.
What are the CDC pre-screening requirements?
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19 and should not attend in-person services.
