Maybe you’re a stress eater or quite possibly you deprive yourself of much needed rest in order to take care of others. Some of us have not connected with our friends, our small group or gone to a twelve-step meeting in months because we didn’t want to bother with connecting online. There are a myriad of ways we can be self-abandoning but all of them only make our problems worse while betraying a deeper reality – we don’t think we’re worth caring for. This message is intended to show you why that’s not true and what you can do to turn that bad thinking around.
